We want to give you a taste of Wexford in every dish. We work with suppliers across Wexford and in Carlow and Wicklow finding the best producers and then adapting them into our dishes. All of our beef and the lion share of our vegetables are grown on our own farm in Craanford, outside Gorey, and we choose the best of producers for the items we cannot grow ourselves. Meylers Seafood, Silver Hill Duck, Pat O’Neills Pork and Bacon, Mighty Green Herbs, Fancy Fungi Mushrooms among many.
All this, paired with our dedicated staff, is our recipe to bring you the best Wexford has to offer across all our outlets, Rowan, Ivy , Coach, Terrace and our banqueting suites.
